  Tonight, I remembered why I haven't eaten at this Panera location in months. The dining room was a mess with dirty tables and floors. They were out of things like some soups, baguettes, crossaints, etc. The lettuce on my sandwich was brown with torn bread. Worse part was watching the manager (Anthony) jump up on a table under the menu board to update the soup sign...and NOT clean/sanitize it after he got down. (How 'bout a step stool?!) He got defensive when I addressed these issues and asking for the contact info for the GM and stated that he was the General Manager. Unless we here this location is under new management, we will never return or recommend it, in spite of it being close to our home.

  We eat at Panera often but they do run out of menu items too often. However, we still love this location in particular, because it's right on the middle of great shopping, so it's convenient. Plus, even better, they have a wonderful outdoor eating spots. Highly recommended on nice days. I also like that they have healthy items and will let us special order, which is important because we are vegans. Would like them to be more vigilant about keeping all menu items in stock.
