  Ordered take-out for the first time at this place thinking to have a better experience. Ordered a Margarita Pizza which really was just a regular cheese pizza with measly pieces of basil and scant cheese. Some slices even looked like they were just sauce on crust. Ordered a Chicken Ceasar salad and for the time it took to get the food, which took about 45 minutes, I had expected cooked grilled chicken atop of lettuce. Not cold strips of chicken. I guess I just expected more from an eatery with a name like NYPD Pizza. Disappointing.

  When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly full with only a few empty tables left. A server told us we could sit anywhere, however, there was only one clean table available suitable for 2 people. After a few minutes or more, the server finally came over with menus and took our drink order. While waiting, we observed the other patrons interactions. Mind you there was only one server for the side of the restaurant we were on that had quite a bit of customers. There was one table with a father and son. The father's pizza came but the child's spaghetti had not come yet. The father asked the server for his son's food more than once. I'm not quite sure what happened with yhe table behind me but the server comp'd one of the meals. We finally placed a simple order and it did take quite a while for it to arrive. Continuing our observations, a family had come in and no one had even acknowledged they were there and they decided to leave. Before we left, I overhead another server bringing the wrong pizza to an older couple. She told them that the chef said they could eat the pizza but the couple didn't want it. That couple had gotten to the restaurant around the same time we did. On our way out we passed the manager apologizing to the couple. I'm always hopeful this restaurant gets better than my last visit but it is pretty consistent. The NYPD Pizza on Universal Boulevard is soooo much better with service and food quality and usually this location is busy everytime I'm there. I wish the Winter Garden location would learn from Universal location.

  This used to be a good place eat and visit !!! Service and Mgmt is quite rude and basically sucks . I'm pretty sure they have forgotten what customer service is supposed to be ? Actually treating customers nice and with respect . Customers pay your salary ????? Remember that . I won't be returning
