  Terrible service. Tried doing an order on the driver through, while thinking about what to order next for the other people in the car the employee says "um is not on the menu sir. Are you going to order something or not?" Surprised and offended I asked him who he was and he referred to himself as the manager. I backed out of the drive through and asked to speak to the manager. Justin came out and introduced himself as the manager. I asked why would anyone say that to a paying customer but now he says he is not the person who was talking to me (while he was wearing the headset) but he was going to find out who was. With 3 or 4 people working the night shift, I find that hard to believe. Terrible customer service. Terrible management and terrible resolution. Justin was very aggressive almost wanting to pick a fight with me for expressing my complaint.
  
  I advise to drive a few miles down the street and get your order from another fast food place.

  My food was cold; seems like management is more interested in personal numbers than customer service, and food quality!!

  Just water in the unsweetened tea urn! None in drive thru. The only comment from the counter person was, "I wasn't here when they made it". Is that relevant? No offer to make tea. It is not that they were busy. What happened to basic old fashion service? What am paying for?
